You search “University of Mumbai” and see H+. That covers the institution step — you still confirm your specific Bachelor’s title in Anabin’s qualifications section (or with your target university). If status were H-, a dMAT score would not fix recognition; confirm Anabin before paying the €150 g.a.s.t. fee.
